Is Kinder2U aligned with MOE requirements?
Kinder2U helps you keep the records and reports Malaysian early-childhood centres are expected to maintain. Everything is structured and easy to export, so preparing for an inspection is far less work. Running a taska (nursery)? Your records also map to the JKM guidelines nurseries follow. Kinder2U is an independent software provider and isn't endorsed by or affiliated with the Ministry of Education.
Does it support e-Invoice (LHDN)?
Fee invoices can be issued as LHDN-compliant e-Invoices and submitted through MyInvois directly from Kinder2U, so your billing and tax records line up without a separate tool.
How safe is our data, and our parents' data?
Each school's data is isolated and encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted with established cloud providers, and handled in line with Malaysia's PDPA. You control who on your team sees what, and we never sell or share your data.
How do parents pay their fees?
Parents pay securely inside the app by FPX online banking or card. Payments reconcile against each child's invoice automatically, so your paid roster is always current.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Absolutely. Kinder2U is built around branches, each priced the same flat way, and owners get a group-wide view across all of them. Add branches as your group grows.
How do we move our current records over?
We help you bring across your students, classes and staff during onboarding so you're up and running quickly. You won't start from a blank slate.
